I used to hate my body, how I looked, but I always had that strong mentality where it’s like, okay, I’m going to push through it. Eventually, I found PEAK through Instagram and months later, I actually joined. Now, I have more energy, and I used to think that I need to drink two, three, four cups of coffee a day.
